For safety and hygiene reasons, used or opened cream chargers cannot be returned.

Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Items returned without original packaging
Clearance or final-sale items (if applicable)
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Clear photos of the product and packaging
We will evaluate the issue and, if approved, arrange a replacement or refund.
Once your return is received and inspected:
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
Refunds are typically completed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
We recommend using a trackable shipping service
Sweetie Whip is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments
Orders may be canceled before shipment only. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.
All Sweetie Whip cream chargers are intended for culinary use only. Returns will not be accepted for products misused or used outside their intended purpose.
